Le terme de transition en référence à l’environnement a plusieurs acceptions et son caractère protéiforme est exacerbé par les discussions que la période de l’anthropocène soulève. Il renvoie désormais aux pratiques, discours, actions et politiques qui devraient être mis en œuvre afin d’assurer un processus de transformations sociales menant vers un monde post-carbone.
