Abstract
La Cour des comptes alerte sur les difficultés que rencontrent les acteurs de la Protection de l’enfance à répondre à leurs missions. Le système est étouffé dans un fonctionnement qui se bureaucratise de plus en plus. Les préconisations proposées accentuent cette tendance. Le risque d’un glissement des pratiques du travail de l’accompagnement vers le contrôle est nommé avec la crainte que le travailleur social ne devienne l’un des acteurs d’une surveillance disciplinaire.
