Abstract Property, Real Estate & Development (MIC: 8.3 SIC: 6798 NAIC: 525930) Cominar Real Estate Investment Trust is an unincorporated closed‐end investment trust, which is principally engaged in the commercial property ownership and management. As of Dec. 31 2006, the Trust's portfolio is comprised of properties, ideally located to serve tenants in both the Quebec City and Montreal regions. As of Dec. 31 2006, the Trust owned, managed and leased 139 properties in the office, retail and industrial and mixed‐use sectors, representing more than 10.19 million square feet of leasable space.
