L’article explore les configurations familiales, intimes et amicales des personnes aînées gaies et lesbiennes ainsi que les changements qui peuvent les affecter au cours du vieillissement dans un contexte québécois. L’analyse est basée sur la réalisation de 22 entrevues individuelles semi-dirigées auprès d’adultes vieillissants gais et lesbiennes âgés de 60 à 76 ans, provenant d’une recherche doctorale. Les principaux résultats portent sur les pratiques et les significations associées à la vie intime, aux relations familiales et amicales, ainsi que sur les transitions au cours du vieillissement. L’analyse des résultats suggère de prendre en considération l’ensemble du réseau social des personnes aînées gaies et lesbiennes dans le champ de la famille et en travail social afin d’être en mesure de comprendre leurs réalités et de répondre à leurs besoins dans les pratiques sociales.
