Abstract
L’objectif de l’ouvrage est de produire un effort de réflexion et de synthèse en vue de conserver les acquis d’une expérience “atypique”, celle de Louvain-la-Neuve, rare exemple de création d’une ville nouvelle par une autorité d’enseignement privé (l’Université catholique de Louvain), construite en réaction à des événements politiques particuliers.
