A Systematic Review,” written by T. K. Kim, Mark Phillips, Mohit Bhandari, John Watson, and Rajesh Malhotra, was originally published Online First without open access. After publication in Volume 475, Issue 1, pages 170-182 the author decided to opt for Open Choice and to make the article an open access publication.
