Abstract Insurance (MIC: 8.2 SIC: 6361 NAIC:524127) Fidelity National Financial, through its principal subsidiaries, is a major U.S. title insurance and diversified real estate‐related services company. As of Dec 31 2003, Co. provided title insurance in 49 states, the District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and in Canada and Mexico. Co. also provides information‐based technology applications and processing services to financial institutions and the mortgage and financial services industries. Co.'s reporting segments include title and escrow, financial institution software and services, lender outsourcing solutions, information services, specialty insurance, and corporate and other.
