Abstract
Dans la plupart des pays développés, depuis plus de 20 ans, de nouvelles politiques et de nouveaux dispositifs institutionnels de régulation se développent dans les champs de l’éducation et de la formation, quel que soit d’ailleurs le segment considéré : l’enseignement obligatoire (primaire et secondaire), l’enseignement supérieur (postsecondaire et universitaire) ou la formation des adultes. Les réformes sont largement engagées avec l’objectif explicite d’améliorer l’efficacité et l’efficience des systèmes, sans faire fi des préoccupations d’équité, mises en avant dans plusieurs pays et par plusieurs organisations internationales comme l’UNESCO. Les réformes sont multidimensionnelles : modification du contenu des enseignements ou des formations, introduction de nouvelles méthodes pédagogiques, implantation de nouveaux dispositifs institutionnels de coordination et de régulation, action sur les flux d’étudiants ou d’apprenants. ...
