According to the latest statistics from 2016, the population of the NWT comprises 44,469 people living in 33 communities. The government of the northwest territories also released the complementary 2011 NWT Greenhouse Gas Strategy update, whose initial version dated back to 2001 in which the government had committed to adopting the national target of reaching 6% below 1990 emission levels by the year 2012. The focus of the NWT GHG Strategy 2001 was to: The strategy contained 20 measures focused on five areas. Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
