Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Kengyilia Yen and Yang is a new genus in the Triticeae from west China. It is similar to Roegneria C. Koch, from which it differs by the erect spikes with dense arrangement of spikelets and the densely pilose or hirsute lemmas. A cytological characteristic is the set of long chromosomes of the P genome, which can clearly be distinguished from the S and Y genomes of Roegneria and the S and H genomes of Elymus L. Morphologically Kengyilia is similar to Agropyron Gaertn from which it differs in having flat glumes, lemmas with rounded (rarely keeled) back and often by the presence of a terminal spikelet in the spikes. Sometimes its inflorescence is rather lax. Cytologically it differs from Agropyron in having the small chromosomes of the S and Y genomes in addition to the P genome set common to both. Thus, Kengyilia is a genus intermediate between Agropyron and Roegneria. To date 16 species are known to belong to Kengyilia. A key to species is presented.

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
