Abstract
Cet article traite de l’intégration professionnelle réussie des femmes immigrantes, un sujet peu documenté qui dévoile la réalité positive des femmes immigrantes. L’étude décrit les facteurs et procédés favorables au succès de l’intégration professionnelle réussie des femmes immigrantes africaines francophones à Winnipeg. Réalisée dans une démarche qualitative et sous l’éclairage des théories du capital social et de l’acculturation, les résultats avancent que ces femmes ont réussi leurs parcours professionnels en utilisant leurs compétences personnelles et leur capital social, en participant dans les réseaux et en bénéficiant des opportunités. Confrontées à des difficultés dans leur ascension professionnelle, elles ont développé des stratégies et des accommodements.
