Abstract
Au Qubec, la pourriture sclrotes est une maladie importante chez le soya et la rsistance cette maladie est value dans les essais officiels du Rseau grandes cultures du Qubec (RGCQ). La mthode d'valuation utilise dans ces essais reproduit l'infection naturelle en dposant dans le sol des sclrotes du Sclerotinia sclerotiorum produits en laboratoire. Une autre mthode d'inoculation simple et rapide utilisant du myclium a t teste pour sa capacit valuer le degr de rsistance du soya la sclrotiniose. Cette technique, pour laquelle un morceau de coton satur d'une suspension de myclium est dpos sur un bouquet floral, a t teste sur les cultivars de l'essai Sclerotinia du RGCQ du campus de l'Universit Laval, Qubec, en 2005, 2006 et 2007. Les rsultats de ces inoculations ont t compars ceux obtenus avec la mthode du RGCQ. La technique avec myclium a russi discriminer les cultivars reconnus rsistants de ceux reconnus sensibles. Les rsultats indiquent que la mthode avec myclium peut tre utilise par les slectionneurs pour identifier les lignes qui possdent une rsistance physiologique la progression de la maladie dans la plante, un caractre qui est confondu avec l'esquive lorsque la mthode du RGCQ est utilise.
