La Commission des Relations ouvrières décide qu'un employé "temporaire" est susceptible de faire partie d'une unité de négociation conformément à son Règlement No 1, et qu'il peut réclamer la réintégration à son emploi en vertu de l'article 21a de la Loi des Relations ouvrières couvrant les renvois pour activités syndicales.
