Canadian clean technology company GreenMantra Technologies, which converts waste plastics into high-value polymer products, has developed a new line of synthetic polypropylene (PP) waxes that are claimed to provide a ‘unique range’ of technical properties. Produced from post-industrial plastic waste and post-consumer recycled plastic items, such as yogurt containers and bottle caps, the new Ceranovus™ PP waxes can be tailored to specific end-use applications, the company reports.
