Abstract “Property, Real Estate & Development” (MIC: SIC: 6798 NAIC: 525930) Kimco Realty, its subsidiaries, affiliates and related real estate joint ventures are engaged principally in the operation of neighborhood and community shopping centers which are anchored generally by discount department stores, supermarkets or drugstores. In addition, Co. provides property management services for shopping centers owned by affiliated entities, various real estate joint ventures and unaffiliated third parties. As of Dec 31 2007, Co. had interests in 1,973 properties, totaling approximately 183.0 million square feet of gross leasable area located in 45 states, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico and Chile.
