Abstract
SECTION NEWS NOUVELLES DES SECTIONShat a day it was!Friday, August 19 th will be long remembered by the Forestry Technician Class of 2011.Their CIF/IFC Silver Ring ceremony was held in the Landing and Camboose rooms at Algonquin College.Both rooms were needed for over 120 people in attendance.There were snacks with drinks and a forestry-themed cake.After the initial socializing, the official Silver Ring ceremony began with Frank Knaapen (CIF/IFC Section councillor and Coordinator of the Forestry Technician program) as Master of Ceremonies.
