Ein unerwarteter Gast: Die Salze LiD5[AlF], LiD6[AlF] und LiD6[AlPhF] (Dn=(Me2SiO)n; [AlF]=Al{OC(CF3)3}4; [AlPhF]=Al{OC(CF3)2Ph}4) sind die ersten Wirt-Gast-Komplexe, die direkt aus cyclischen Dimethylsiloxanen, Alkalimetallionen und schwach koordinierenden Anionen synthetisiert wurden. Nach den experimentell und rechnerisch bestimmten Strukturen binden die cyclischen Dimethylsiloxane als Pseudo-Kronenether (siehe Struktur von [LiD6]+).
