Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Lymphangioma circumscriptum, also known as microcystic lymphatic malformation, is a benign saccular dilatation of the cutaneous and subcutaneous lymphatics. The latter may result from damage to and obstruction of lymphatic vessels with subsequent lymphectasia. 3] ymphangioma circumscriptum is characterized by clusters of vesicles resembling frog spawn. The color depends on the content. Whitish, yellow, or light tan coloration is due to the color of the lymph fluid, while reddish or blue coloration is due to the presence of erythrocytes in the lymph fluid as a result of hemorrhage and hemoglobin degradation (Figures Typical dermoscopic features include yellow lacunae surrounded by pale septa without inclusion of blood and pink to yellow lacunae alternating with bluish or dark red lacunae due to inclusion of blood. ntermittent swelling, hemorrhage, or oozing of fluid from the superficial vesicles may occur. With time, the vesicles may undergo verrucous changes and have a warty appearance. The condition is usually asymptomatic but occasionally can cause pruritus or pain. Sites of predilection include the trunk, oral cavity, buttocks, axilla, proximal extremities, and less commonly, the genitalia. 12,13

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
