Abstract
Le Grand Orient de France est riche de plusieurs loges en Amérique du Nord : outre Force et Courage à l’Orient de Montréal, il faut également compter avec Art et Lumière à l’Orient de Los Angeles, Pacifica à l’Orient de San Francisco, La Fayette 89 à Washington et L’Atlandide à l’Orient de New York. Cette dernière, la plus ancienne, est l’une des portes des États-Unis qui s’ouvre aux Frères de l’Europe. En guise d’invitation, en voici l’histoire et le portrait, réalisés par les Frères de cet Atelier qui savent aussi parler des quatre autres portes occidentales du Grand Orient de France.
