Abstract
The authors would like to acknowledge that the diamond deposition in this work was conducted in the microwave plasma reactor in the plasma physics laboratory, University of Saskatchewan, which was purchased with Professor Akira Hirose's Canada Foundation for Innovation (CFI) grant.
