Abstract
Dans tous les pays de l’OCDE, la prestation de soins de santé réactifs et axés sur le patient occupe une place grandissante au sein des politiques de santé. Les pays sont de plus en plus nombreux à recueillir des éléments de mesure de l’expérience déclarée par les patients (PREM) et des résultats déclarés par les patients (PROM), dans le cadre d’une transition consistant à se détourner d’un modèle de gestion des ressources sanitaires axé sur le volume en faveur d’un modèle axé sur la valeur (Institut canadien d’information sur la santé, 2015).
