It has been said that, "The only constant in the human experience is change."This is equally true for the management of Canada's water resource.Cycles of drought and flood have always had a direct impact on fresh water supplies and management priorities.Water professiona s have also had to deal with changes in the economic, socia and politicai "climates" that shape public concerns, governmenL policies and regulations.This conference wlll provide a forum for presentations on contemporary wate' mdnagement issues relevant for a broad speclrJ'n o'stakeholders ,ncLuding governments, scientists, academics, managers, consuJtants and the general public.Major Conference Themes include the followingr ' Changing 'Climate" ' Educational Technoloqy and Tools ' Water Quality Environmental Management .
