Christophe Losfeld 1Chaque université a ses figures tutélaires, qu'elle honore à intervalles réguliers.Il en est ainsi de l'Université de Bonn et de Friedrich Christoph Dahlmann (1785-1860), un historien et philologue issu de Wismar, qui s'intéressa très tôt aux problèmes constitutionnels et à la question des rapports entre les Duchés de Schleswig et Holstein dont les écrits retinrent à un tel point l'attention qu'il fut élu comme délégué au Parlement de Francfort, en 1848, où il joua un rôle de tout premier ordre, avant que ses positions sur la question du Schleswig Holstein ne le fassent évincer.
