Abstract
En analysant des échanges provenant de groupes de discussion formés à l’intérieur d’une entreprise de grande distribution de produits de luxe, nous voulons mettre en évidence leurs effets sur la communication de l’organisation concernée. Plus généralement, nous élaborons une méthode de groupe basée sur la dédifférenciation avec le groupe de diagnostic et sur son rapprochement du focus group. Cette méthode revêt un caractère propre à notre intervention en communication, car elle prend en compte la situation de l’organisation (moment ponctuel de l’organisation encré à son passé et penché vers son avenir, soit sa culture d’entreprise) et son contexte (espace de l’organisation, économie locale et globale) en activant les fonctions comparative et normative du groupe. Elle révèle le clivage à l’origine des dysfonctionnements de la communication dans une organisation. Mettre en évidence une spécificité des causes et conséquences de ce type de groupes de discussion présente une valeur heuristique quant à la nature même des communications interpersonnelles vécues dans une organisation.
