Abstract
A police officer, Edgar Karapetyan, won an important employment case in the Administrative Court of Armenia. The second lieutenant was fired because of his membership in an evangelical church. Freedom of religion is guaranteed in the Constitution of Armenia, but minority religions often face difficulty in registering and are targeted as “cults.” Bahrain commended Saudi Arabia’s effort to protect pilgrims during the downsized hajj. The Justice Center for Constitutional Freedom announced a challenge to the government of Ontario on behalf of several members of the Orthodox Jewish community in Toronto. Under strict rules in place for thousands of years, the Orthodox must pray three times a day in a group of at least ten men. Ontario’s Emergency Management and Civil Protection Act, however, banned gatherings of more than five people—including religious groups. The city of Calgary in Alberta passed a new measure barring counseling services that provide conversion services for people with same-sex attraction. The measure passed in a 14–1 vote. Penalties could include a year in prison or a $10,000 fine.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from it
