Professeur à l’Université Catholique de Louvain, Jean Lohisse s’est attaché, dans ses différentes publications (1973 ; 1980 ; 1991), à traduire le rôle des langages dans les structures et mentalités sociales. Il y est parvenu en analysant l’élaboration des codes de communication dans une approche sociale globale de l’interaction.
