Abstract
On balance, the available data for Q3 appear to point to a broadly similar pace of growth as in the preceding quarter. Although the September composite PMI fell to its lowest level since the announcement of the ECB's QE policy, the index still points to quarterly GDP growth of about 0.3%. And other survey indicators have risen – the EC's Economic Indicator is at its highest since January.
