summary In response to the need to create a resource for personal trainers that parallels the depth and quality that the second edition of the Essentials of Strength Training and Conditioning text provides for strength and conditioning professionals, the NSCA Certification Commission recently produced the NSCA's Essentials of Personal Training text.
