Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement für eine kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Nachhaltigkeitsleistung Unternehmen stehen aktuell mit Blick auf ihren notwendigen Beitrag zu einer nachhaltigen Entwicklung und Transformation der Wirtschaft vor großen Herausforderungen. Betriebliches Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement zielt auf die Etablierung eines Prozesses zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Nachhaltigkeitsleistung ab. Dieses Lehrbuch bietet Studierenden im Haupt- und Nebenfach sowie auch Praktikerinnen und Praktikern einen schnellen Einstieg und einen umfassenden Überblick hinsichtlich aktueller Ansätze und Instrumente für die Messung und Steuerung betrieblicher Nachhaltigkeitsleistung. Ausgewiesene Experten und Expertinnen aus Wissenschaft und Praxis stellen in jedem Kapitel die ausgewählten Methoden theoretisch dar und illustrieren die gewählten Ansätze anhand von Praxisbeispielen.
