Abstract
Canadian-based Ballard Power Systems has completed its strategic collaboration transaction with Weichai Power in China, announced at the end of August [ FCB, September 2018, p10 ]. The deal generates some US$184 million for Ballard, and will establish a new China joint venture alongside a $90 million technology transfer programme.
