Abstract
Ebenbürtige Carbene: Stabile Singulett-Carbene können sich bei der Aktivierung aus enthalpischer Sicht starker Bindungen mit Übergangsmetallen messen, etwa bei der Spaltung der E-H-Bindungen in Silanen, Boranen und Phosphanen (siehe Schema). Während Metalle die Bindungen elektrophil aktivieren, treten die Carbene gegenüber diesen Substraten als Nucleophile auf. Dipp=2,6-Diisopropylphenyl.
