Abstract
Social relationships that cintinue tobe maintained and developed by the components involved in the brokering business. The continuing social relationships involved in the breeding business. The ongoing social relationships in the activation of the Telkomsel Community brokering business then form a network pattern on the brokering. This study iams to determine the process of the pccurrence, patterns, and forms of relationships that occur in the network brokering Telkomsel Community in the city of Padang. This research is a qualitative research with case study tipe. Research subjects amounted to 23 people, consisting of i admin, 3 agents, 12 reseller and 7 consumers. The theoru used is social network theory by Robert MZ Lawang. The results of research obtained include: the prosess of the occurrence of network brokering on Telkomsel Community is supported by the cooperation that occurs between admin, agents dan resselers. This brokering network is also based on drive tomake a profit in meeting the needs of life. The pattern of this brokering network is double-layered. It can be seen that the agent is trying to develop his own duaannya. Network ties ownwd by the parties involved in this brochure inwhith the fol of money, information and servises flow. The forms of relationship that exists in the brokering network are: trust and interests.
