Abstract
AbstractThis exploratory study used a convenience sample (n = 46) to verify the relationships between self-perceived environment (Measure of the Quality of the Environment) and subjective quality of life (Quality of Life Index) of community-dwelling older adults with physical disabilities. Global scores for environment and quality of life were not statistically related. However, the "Social support and attitudes" category of the environment was statistically related to quality of life. Also, the "Socioeconomic" quality of life was statistically associated with the environment.
