Dalam penelitian ini yang diteliti adalah pengaruh efektivitas penggunaan, kepercayaan atas teknologi sistem informasi akuntansi dan komputer mikro terhadap kinerja auditor internal. Variabel independen (X) adalah efektivitas penggunaan (X_1), kepercayaan atas teknologi sistem informasi akuntansi (X_2) dan komputer mikro (X3) sedangkan variabel dependen (Y) adalah kinerja auditor internal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh efektivitas penggunaan, kepercayaan atas teknologi sistem informasi akuntansi dan komputer mikro terhadap kinerja auditor.Dalam penelitian ini respondennya berjumlah 45 auditor internal yang bekerja pada Kantor Akuntan Publik di wilayah Jakarta Pusat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa hubungan efektivitas penggunaan dengan kinerja auditor internal adalah positif dan cukup kuat dimana r = 0,667 dengan nilai Y = 18,219 + 0,684X_1, sedangkan hasil uji t menunjukkan t_hitung= 7,879 > t_tabel= 2,017 maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima artinya terdapat pengaruh antara efektivitas penggunaan teknologi sistem informasi akuntansi terhadap kinerja auditor internal.Hubungan kepercayaan atas teknologi sistem informasi akuntansi dengan kinerja auditor internal adalah positif dan cukup kuat dimana r = 0,725 dengan nilai Y = ,846 + 0,944X_2, sedangkan hasil t_hitung= 10,006 > t_tabel=2,017 maka H0 ditolak dan H2 diterima artinya terdapat pengaruh antara kepercayaan atas teknologi sistem informasi akuntansi terhadap kinerja auditor internal.Hubungan komputer mikro dengan kinerja auditor internal adalah positif dan cukup kuat dimana r = 0,048 dengan nilai Y = 38,637 + 0,049X_3, sedangkan hasil t_hitung= 0,314 < t_tabel=2,017 maka H0 ditolak dan H3 diterima artinya terdapat pengaruh antara komputer mikro terhadap kinerja auditor internal.Hubungan antara efektivitas penggunaan, kepercayaan atas teknologi sistem informasi akuntansi dan komputer mikro terhdap kinerja auditor internal adalah positif dan cukup kuat dimana r = 0,757 dengan nilai Y = 17,022 + 0,317 X1 + 0,657X2 + 0,012X_3 , sedangkan hasil uji F menunjukkan F_hitung= 19 > F_tabel = 3,214 maka H0 ditolak dan H4 diterima artinya terdapat pengaruh antara efektivitas penggunaan, kepercayaan atas teknologi sistem informasi akuntansi dan komputer mikro terhadap kinerja auditor internal.
