Abstract
Sylvia Coates reports on the Software Solutions session she led at the Toronto 2009 Editors’ Association of Canada (EAC) Conference. The editors were introduced to the CINDEX™, MACREX, and SKY Index dedicated indexing software programs. Then, using five different crisis scenarios, the editors were shown how easily indexing software can find a fast and relatively painless solution to what looks like a production disaster.
