Makanan pendampingASI (MP-ASI adalah makanan yang paling penting untuk mencukupi kebutuhan gizi bayi, selain ASI sebagai makanan utama. tingkat pengetahuan yang kurang, ibu bekerja pendaptan rendah, kunjungan ibu ke pelayanan kesehatan yang tidak rutin dapat mempengaruhi pemberian MP-ASI. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat pengetahuan dan pekerjaan ibu  menyusui dengan pemberian MP-ASI. Metode penelitian ini adalah korelasional dengan pendekatan  cross sectional, sampel di ambil secara simple random sampling sebanyak 72 orang ibu sedang menyusui. Data yang dikumpulkan adalah data primer dengan menggunakan kuisioner terstruktur dan di analisa dengan menggunakan ditribusi frekuensi Chi-square dan Mann-Whitney test. Penelitian dilakukan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Jalaksana Kabupaten Kuningan. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa teradapat  hubungan tingkat Pengetahuan ibu dengan penberian MP-ASI  denagn nilai X2 hitung (7,610)>X2 tabel (3,841) denagn p = 0,006 <α = 0,05, dan ada hubungan pekerjaan ibu dengan pemberian MP-ASI denagn nilai X2 hitung (6,522) >X2  table (3,841) dengan p = 0,011<α = 0,05.   Kata kunci: Pengetahuan, pekerjaan dan pemberian MP-ASI.
