Abstract
Resumen Introducción: La neoplasia intraepitelial corneal es una enfermedad displásica dentro del espectro de la neoplasia escamocelular de la superficie ocular.Es una enfermedad rara que se sospecha en pocas ocasiones, sobre todo en su presentación difusa.Una vez teniendo sospecha, el diagnóstico y l tratamiento son sencillos para una enfermedad que, no tratada, podría ser devastadora.Reporte de caso: Presentamos el caso de un paciente varón de 63 años de edad que presenta como único síntoma disminución de la agudeza visual con 2 semanas de evolución en el ojo derecho.La capacidad visual se mantiene en 20/40 en el ojo derecho y a la exploración mostró lesión geográfica en la mitad superior de la córnea derecha con apariencia en escarcha.Tras descarte diagnóstico se decide realizar un raspado epitelial con reporte de neoplasia intraepitelial corneal de bajo grado por parte del departamento de patología.Se decide manejo con mitomicina C al 0.02%,
