Abstract
The past month or so has been a busy time at Vancouver-based Ballard Power Systems. First the company closed the deal with DaimlerChrysler and Ford to hive off its Ballard Power Systems AG subsidiary in Germany, which has now been renamed NuCellSys GmbH [see separate item below]. Then Ballard hosted a delegation led by the Chinese President, Hu Jintao, for an official visit that included a tour of the company's R&D and manufacturing facilities. A few days later it announced initiatives to prolong its existing cash resources through a targeted 12% reduction in operating expenses, through reductions in discretionary spending and further staff reductions. Then the company completed a transaction with Japanese partner Ebara Corporation and their joint venture Ebara Ballard to provide funding for the next generation of cogeneration stack and system technology, which will provide Ballard with US$30m in cash over four years. To round off a hectic six weeks, president/CEO Dennis Campbell stepped down, saying ‘it's time for me to move on to other challenges.’

Full frame distilled prediction
Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from it
