Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

For pt.I see ibid., p.67-72 (1991). A statistical analysis of the ANSI/IEEE loadbreak switching test shows that it cannot offer utilities reliability assurances. An alternative approach to loadbreak testing is presented. It utilizes the concepts of a generic switching reliability characteristic, composite system switching reliability (CSSR), and lower confidence limits to relate laboratory test performance to utility reliability needs. The major focus is the number of samples, which must be tested in the laboratory, needed to determine in-service reliability to some specified confidence level.< <ETX xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">></ETX>

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
