Abstract
Une fois la crise financière mondiale terminée, le Canada s’est trouvé dans une position enviable, mais la croissance y est demeurée fragile. Les emplois sont créés moins rapidement et le chômage reste obstinément élevé dans certaines provinces. Les inadéquations potentielles du marché du travail peuvent également donner lieu à une sous-utilisation des compétences, qui pourrait avoir des répercussions à plus long terme sur la productivité.
