Co.'s operating subsidiaries are engaged in regulated natural gas and electric energy operations, mainly in Alberta, and in related non‐regulated operations. The Utilities segment includes the regulated distribution of natural gas, the regulated distribution and transmission of electric energy, the regulated transportation of natural gas, and the regulated transmission of distribution of water. Power Generation includes the non‐regulated supply of electricity and cogeneration steam, and the regulated supply of electricity. Global Enterprises includes the non‐regulated gathering, processing, storage, purchase and sale of natural gas and other services.
