Abstract
Franklin Electric Co Inc has reached a settlement in litigation filed by ITT Water Technology Inc which challenged Franklin's plans to distribute 4-inch submersible motor products directly to distributors in the USA and Canada as well as Franklin's announced price changes on its 4-inch motors (see Pump Industry Analyst , October 2004).
