Abstract
Bu çalışmada COVID-19 salgın sürecinde kadınların hane içindeki ücretsiz emeği ele alınmıştır.Çalışmanın amacı, süresi ve sürecinin gelişimi belli olmayan 21. yüzyılın salgın koşullarında kadınların hane içinde sundukları ücretsiz emekleri üzerindeki değişimin anlık olarak fotoğrafını çekmek ve durum tespiti yapmaktır.Çalışan kadınlar için ikinci vardiya olarak değerlendirilen hane içindeki ücretsiz emek sürecinin salgın ile birlikte, evden çalışmaya başlayan kadınlar için tek ve bütüncül bir vardiyaya dönüştüğünü söylemek mümkündür.Emek piyasasında çalışmayan kadınlar için hâlihazırda var olan hane içi işlere yenilerinin eklendiği, işlerin çeşitlendiği ve kadınların üstlendiği iş ve roller arasındaki geçiş sürecinin kısaldığı; kadınların hane içi işleri başkalarına ücreti karşılığında devretmelerinin zorlaştığı, dolayısıyla kadınların rezervasyon ücretlerinin hatırı sayılır bir biçimde arttığı ifade edilebilir.Bir diğer tespit ise tek ebeveynli ailelerde kadınların artan sorumluluğu ve hane içinde özellikle kadınlara ve çocuklara yönelik artan şiddet vakaları ile şiddet karşısında başvuru mekanizmalarının işleyişinin önemine yöneliktir.
