Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Abstract In order to keep subscribers up‐to‐date with the latest developments in their field, this current awareness service is provided by John Wiley & Sons and contains newly‐published material on comparative and functional genomics. Each bibliography is divided into 16 sections. 1 Reviews & symposia; 2 General; 3 Large‐scale sequencing and mapping; 4 Genome evolution; 5 Comparative genomics; 6 Gene families and regulons; 7 Pharmacogenomics; 8 Large‐scale mutagenesis programmes; 9 Functional complementation; 10 Transcriptomics; 11 Proteomics; 12 Protein structural genomics; 13 Metabolomics; 14 Genomic approaches to development; 15 Technological advances; 16 Bioinformatics. Within each section, articles are listed in alphabetical order with respect to author. If, in the preceding period, no publications are located relevant to any one of these headings, that section will be omitted

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Teacher imitation

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
