Abstract
NGOs intended for animals are constantly in need of financial assistance to meet the cost, and noting the need arose this study, which aims to analyze the donor behavior and understand what motivates them through the hierarchical analysis method, comprising Saaty Thomas L. (1991). The study provides a survey by the perception of the donor, analyzing the criteria that lead the giver to choose an institution.
