Cette étude de cas présente un modèle nouveau et innovant d’aide aux demandeurs d’emploi en matière de création d’entreprise. Il leur propose une franchise clés en main, parallèlement à des formations, des conseils et d’autres aides. La description présente les objectifs et le fondement de cette approche, ainsi que le fonctionnement du modèle. Enfin, elle explique les résultats initiaux obtenus, les défis rencontrés lors de la mise en place du système ainsi que les conditions permettant son transfert à un autre contexte.
