Abstract
Представлены практические результаты исследования пятислойного четвертьволнового просветляющего покрытия.Полученное покрытие имеет низкий коэффициент отражения в видимой и ближней инфракрасной областях спектра.Ключевые слова: просветляющее, пятислойное четвертьволновое покрытие, видимая и ближняя инфракрасная области спектра.В настоящей работе приведены практические результаты исследований предложенной ранее авторами [см.лит.] структуры интерференционного просветляющего покрытия на основе системы четвертьволновых диэлектрических слоев.Наличие в структуре слоев, толщина которых кратна четверти длины волны, существенно упрощает контроль их параметров в процессе формирования покрытия в вакууме.Структура интерференционного покрытия характеризуется показателем преломления (n 1 , n 2 , n 3 , n 4 , n 5 ) и оптической толщиной (n 1 d 1 , n 2 d 2 , n 3 d 3 , n 4 d 4 , n 5 d 5 ) слоев, входящих в его состав.Оптическая толщина слоев равна четверти длины волны λ 0 .Световое излучение с длиной волны λ падает из среды с показателем преломления n 0 , а покрытие сформировано на подложке с показателем преломления n m .Условием просветления данной системы [см.лит.] является следующее соотношение:Ссылка для цитирования: До Тан Тай, Губанова Л.
