Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

This 1:50 000 geological map of the Red Lake greenstone belt is a product of the western Superior NATMAP project and represents the first belt-scale geological synthesis of this important gold camp. The map sheet integrates all new and existing mapping, geochronology (U-Pb zircon and titanite dating) and geochemical information for this greenstone belt. The map face and legend use alphanumeric codes that identify lithologic units according to Mesoarchean and Neoarchean supracrustal assemblages and plutonic suites. Inset figures (5) provide an overview of the regional framework, compilation sources, assemblages, structural elements and alteration patterns for the belt. An accompanying geochronological summary presents the ages of all major depositional, intrusive and deformational events in the map sheet with UTM coordinates and references. A companion table of gold deposits within the map sheet identifies current- and past-producing gold mines (ranked according to ounces gold produced), developed prospects and raw prospects and these are keyed numerically to the map face. Also shown on the map are base and precious metal occurrences.

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
