Abstract
Christianity is living in interesting times. Given the combined effects of the "new atheism" on the one hand and the role of religious fervour in international politics on the other, the place for Christian thought and influence is under re-evalution. Together, the essays gathered in this volume of T JT provide an instructive set of perspectives. In the process of addressing issues ranging from explicitly interreligious conversations (Kim) to the construction of civic life in a pluralistic society (Addis) each author engages the question of where a Christian voice might belong in a larger mix of interests.
