Abstract 5th International Conference on Environmental Engineering and Sustainable Development (CEESD 2020) in conjunction with International Conference on Water Security and Management (WSM 2020) were successfully held as an on-line conference on Dec.04, 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The conference was originally planned to be held in Xishuangbanna, China from Dec. 3 to 6, 2020. CEESD 2020 and WSM 2020 provided a useful platform for researchers to share their latest results and exchange of ideas on topics related to Environmental Engineering, Sustainable Development, Water Security and Management. The conferences attracted 38 participants from the USA, UK, Germany, The Czech Republic, Indonesia, Republic of Korea, Thailand, Canada, Australia, Japan, Nigeria, China, etc. The success of the conference is reflected by the high quality of the papers presented. The conference proceedings consist of 22 accepted papers in the areas of Environmental Science and Technology, Modeling of Environmental Systems and Sustainable resources and natural resources management. Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
